A faceted mirrored wall work in the form of a shallow oval bowl. First exhibited at Nomad, Capri, 2022.
Cielo Nuovo evolved from the early Untitled Mirror 1 that came from a drawing I made in Italy, 2006.

A facet, a flattened plane on a curved surface, a window into the interior of a form, a way to see beyond the reflection into something perhaps more meaningful.

A glance of oneself unexpectedly might reveal a truer reflection.
